Google Assistance with a new feature to help you automatically remember where you parked your car

Google Assistant is very powerful when it comes to its features. With the latest work from Google, things can get better day by day. Google Assistance is now reviving some of the handy features which remember where did you end up parking your car.

Some of the users have already noticed that they can see where exactly they have parked their vehicle in their phones. This new feature does not require any kind of interaction like the Google Maps feature.

The application basically tracks the user location and then locates where you might have left your car. The location cannot be pinpoint especially where the car is parked, but it gives a brief idea about the location. It is never possible to remember where you parked your car if you have too much in your mind. This is the reason an application like this will come in handy.

Google Assistance can recognize if you have saved your parking spot and also gather more information on the card. The Android Police has also said that it does not take up any kind of notes of Bluetooth or Android Auto so that it can locate the parking in a much more accurate manner. This feature is automatic in nature and comes in handy when you are looking for a feature like locating your car. This feature will definitely make the lives of a lot of people easy and convenient.

40% to 60% drop in Huawei’s international smartphone shipments

After delaying the launch of the foldable smartphone and canceling the laptop launch, we can clearly see how Trump Administration and export ban have affected the Chinese company’s business. According to Bloomberg, Huawei is expecting a 40% to 60% drop in its international smartphone shipments. This is all because of the export ban. The company has half of its business on the international platform.

Bloomberg has also reported that Huawei is going to delay or cancel its next smartphone launch if the condition of sales doesn’t improve. The phone is expected to be released on 21st June in certain parts of Europe. However, the report states that:

“executives are monitoring the launch and may cut off shipments if it sells poorly as expected.”

Carriers are also considered under this situation. The report also notes that two of the main carries in France have already backed out from selling the device.

Huawei sent a report to Ars and other outlets informing that the launch of Honor 20 is still scheduled for 21st June. Also, Honor 20 Pro is soon going to be available in the overseas markets.

Consumers who are already informed about the condition of the brand is hardly going to pick up a Huawei phone after so much of uncertainty revolving around the brand. After the expiry of the 90-day support, it is not sure whether the consumers will have access to future Android and security updates on their smartphones. However, the company is still expecting that uninformed customers are still going to buy their phone.

The prices of the smartphone have already reduced because of some trade-in shops rejecting to sell the device. This is going to affect the prices of the upcoming phone from Huawei. If the company is able to sell some products, it has to be at a steep discount.

Production starts for the New Nintendo Switch at the E3 2019

According to the news, Nintendo is coming out with two new Switch consoles this year. There has not been any kind of official announcement from Nintendo till now. It is expected that Nintendo will be announcing their consoles during E3. According to the report from The Wall Street Journal, this week during E3 2019, the company has revealed some of the details of the upcoming Nintendo Switch. The report also proves that Nintendo has started its console to Southeast Asia instead of China.

The President of United States Donald Trump has put an import tax of 25 percent and this would impact the gaming consoles a lot. The prices of gaming consoles will also increase rapidly. This will not only affect Nintendo but also Sony and Microsoft. Consoles are not the place where a company makes money. A company ends up making money on the games and services that come with the console.

If the 25 percent import tax is levied, then the prices of Nintendo will surely go up drastically. This will directly affect the sales numbers for all the console companies. Nintendo has tried making money on each and every console since 2017. The 25 percent tax will surely eat up the profit for Nintendo. This is one of the major reasons why the console company decided to shift its production from China.

According to the latest reports from WSJ, Nintendo has already moved production from the Switch model. The new consoles will only be different from each other in the form factor. One will be a high-end variant with more specifications and another one will be a cheaper option with fewer options available. Since the consoles are now in the production stage, they will be released soon.

Nintendo did not comment anything on these rumors. It is still not clear when Nintendo will be announcing all their consoles. The company has not discussed any new hardware in the conference this week. This decision has shocked a lot of people. Nintendo has a history of revising their older models and selling them. According to the rumors, it will definitely be a refined new version of the old console. A lot of things will be changed in the new consoles which have made a lot of Nintendo fans very excited. There will be a new release of Witcher 3 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild available for this console.

Samsung patents reveal rollable smartphone displays

Samsung is now working hard on how they will be releasing their futuristic Galaxy Fold which faced a lot of durability issues. There is still no release date available for the Samsung Galaxy Fold. The setback with the release in the Galaxy Fold has not stopped Samsung from dreaming up new smartphone designs. Samsung has finally filed a patent for a rollable display in a smartphone.

The patent from Samsung was discovered by Let’s Go Digital which basically shows off a smartphone, which is very traditional at first look. The smartphone is basically hiding a secret rollable display inside it. This will make the aspect ratio of the phone go off the charts.

The smartphone, which is there in the patent looks kind of like a BlackBerry Priv but instead of a hidden qwerty keypad, there is a hidden display. The rollable display is not something that is impossible to build. LG will be releasing their rollable smartphone display sometime in 2019.

There have been questions that how durable the smartphone is because there have been phones in the past like the Galaxy Fold which has been not very successful. Dust is one of the big problems which all these phones and displays are very vulnerable to.
